Currently I am accepting cash payment for services. You have the option to pay by the visit, or you can opt in to a membership where you can have multiple visits per month and contact me via text or phone call whenever you have questions about your health care needs.
Per visit pricing:
1. Annual check up/Wellness visit – $125
2. Sick visit/chronic follow up or medication refill & urgent care visit- $75
3. Weight loss consults for GLP-1 medication – $125 initial visit, $75 follow up for med refill
Membership pricing for adults:
Age 18-54 $100/month
Age 55-65 $125/month
Family (2 adults/2 kids) $250/month + $50/month for each additional child in the family
